Help?
What do you ladies do?
I am a domestic assistant who is pretty much on her feet for 7 1/2 hours a day, working full time. I don't find time to exercise but my diet is pretty awful.
Has anyone lost lots of weight while controlling their diet and not exercising properly? And any tips on bettering your diet and sticking to it?
I weigh around 13 stone, do on average 14k steps while working also
