My question to all those ladies who’ve unexplained infertility.. how many years did you get to conceive?

Did you get any treatment for conceiving 
Which treatment is good for unexplained infertility?

8 freaking years. 8. And I took my OBs recommendation. If it didn’t work we would have to consider fertility meds. Here’s what she said (and I got pregnant within the 90 days she waits before prescribing fertility meds)
1 baby aspirin 
1 prenatal 
1 vitamin b pill (I used the complex) in the morning. 
We were pregnant the first month after 8 years!

I tried for 14 months, did a bunch of blood tests, husband did sperm analysis, I did HSG, then laparoscopy/hysteroscopy. Four months after my surgery, and the same cycle I completely stopped tracking things, I got pregnant.

SO and I tried for over 2 years with no success. I tried monitoring when I would ovulate for a few months and even bought kits but still no luck. I went to go get everything checked out early January of this year and everything was checking out normal, even my partner. March 2018 had a  hysterosalpingogram and even that was normal! So my doctor was planning on starting me on Clomid that following month but surprise surprise I got pregnant! Got my positive early May when I was 5 weeks pregnant. So I think in my case the HSG is what helped, probably cleared up anything I had up there.

After trying to have #3 (we have 6 year old twins) on our own for two years we sought out doctor help early this year. We had our hormones tested, a uterine scan, and a semen analysis done. The ONLY thing that came up slightly abnormal was my progesterone level was “a little” low. I went on a biodentical progesterone cream a few months ago and we just got a BFP last week! I’m supposed to stay on the cream until my scan at 10 weeks and then they will reassess. It can be so frustrating not having any answers at all. Sending baby dust! 🌟💛
