PCOS - QUESTIONS
I found out I have PCOS on my 21st birthday and then ran out of health insurance and haven't had any since. I've been taking prenatals and metformin (1,000MG).
My now husband is going to put me on his insurance starting in January. What are some questions I need to ask my doctor ? Things you wish you knew while trying to concieve? Any advice is welcomed. I just want to be prepared.
Since my husband and I have been together we have not been doing anything to prevent pregnancy, but it hasn't happened.

Weight loss is definitely needed as well. Advice on diet and exercise for a beginner?
Growing up I was never really taught how to properly diet and exercise. And I come from a big family. I've always struggled with my weight. Recently after being on Nexplanon (I gained 80 pounds in less than 6 months) when I was 18 it's been harder to loose weight. Plus im a stress eater. I weigh about 290 and I'm 5'4.
My dad growing up was about 6'2 and over 300 LBS and my mom always struggled with her weight/self image.
Thank you all in advance.
