Is this normal at 5 weeks pregnant
Light pelvic discomfort and back pain also vaginal fullness ( it feels like my vagina is full)
Breast tenderness comes and goes
Water discharge
And extreme hunger
I am worried about the cramps
It seems like my symptoms come mainly at night for some reason
