Want to TTC but not sure if we’re ready yet

Financially, me and my husband can afford a child. However, we live in a trailer and don’t have a washer or dryer. We have plans on trying to move into a home in the next year, and I’m not sure if we should wait to have a child until we found a place and have moved. I’m only 23 but I’m so worried that I won’t be able to have kids so that makes me want to rush. Also we haven’t been married long. Idk if we should wait or not. Also sorry this is scattered, I’m in a rush right now and wanted to get this off my chest....
