I Need Help

So...I’ve been TTC for about 6/7 months. Got off Nexplanon in March after Implanon. The Nexplanon moved and messed up my arm. And it was numb and I couldn’t lift and it burned and itched. So I had it removed. I’m guessing it messed up my fertility. And the Implanon was in for 3/4 years. Either I’m not fertile or my body is messed up. I have been getting my regular periods back. Lasts 7-8 days and comes every beginning of the next month. I have missed two periods so far and I usually TTC/intercourse every weekend and sometimes before the weekend. So recently starting to get symptoms. Started last month on my period day. Light pink discharge with a small bit of bright red. And I thought It was AF coming. But no more bleeding. So nausea every morning and day, sore breasts, bloating, headaches, lots of bathroom trips, constipation, cramps in back and stomach, bleeding gums, and appetite came like crazy. So no AF. 2 missed periods. And I’m hoping this is it. PT are negative and maybe there’s no HCG. I need help and advice. I’m TTC. Praying I am.
