Birthing pool alternatives??

So my midwife was suppose to provide me with a birthing pool. I’m 37 weeks on Friday and she still hasn’t given it to me or made plans to give it to me. Every time I ask about it she beats around the bush or changes the subject. I think she has given it to someone else to use and is hoping they will have their baby first so I can just get it after. I’m kinda panicking, I really want to have a water birth and I have really depended on her saying that she had one I could use. We don’t have it in the budget to buy a $100+ pool this last minute. Any ideas for a cheaper alternative? Our bathtub is not deep enough.
