😔😣 Overwhelming Ultrasound

First ultrasound today at 6 weeks and no heartbeat detected with a regular and a vaginal ultrasound.... I have made another appointment for two weeks from now. Hopefully things go well but I’d be lying if I said I don’t already feel like I know the results...
