What the f**k gyno..

I’ve been off of birth control for 3 years, ttc.. two chemical pregnancies a year apart, and nothing in a year. I had an annual today and my gyno said due to me being healthy, tests being normal, and also me being in my early 20’s that my case was very unique and she would refer me to a fertility specialist if one more year goes by without a BFP... I wanted to scream and cry all at the same time but also thank her?😭 it’s been THREE years why on earth do I need to wait one more year to see a specialist? Also, am I able to go to a specialist on my own or do I need to be referred? Are fertility specialists covered by insurance? I’m losing my mind🙏🏻
