Lovenox

Who is taking Lovenox once a day or Twice a day 40mg? I was diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome after two miscarriages. I’m a Little over 4 weeks now and my hematologist has me on 40mg Lovenox once a day. I see some women taking it once but most twice. So I’m kinda confused 🤷🏻‍♀️
