Baby’s Heartbeat

I’m 19w1d and for the first time I heard my baby’s heartbeat. We planned for this baby, but we weren’t expecting it to happen right away. When I got the results I was pregnant it was a Friday and I started a new job on Monday. I then had to wait for insurance to kick in there. When I went to the ER they didn’t show me the ultrasound or let me hear the baby’s heartbeat Incase the results weren’t good.

It has been a roller coaster during this first pregnancy, but hearing that strong heartbeat today lifted such a huge weight off my back.
