Heart broken

Me and my boyfriend literally broke up just a little while ago. And I know that for me it’s going to be rough and I’m not 100% sure how to deal with it.

I’m insecure and It ruins a lot of things. But I know that I deserve better than him. I saw him messaging a girl he works with that I do not like because I know for a fact that she likes him. And ended up seeing that they hung out not to long ago. He got really bad when I got upset about it and called me insecure and immature saying that I don’t trust him and all this stuff. Normally I would’ve went in with an open mind if I hadn’t caught him with tinder before and let it go. I love the boy so much but I know I deserve better. It’s just extremely hard and idk how to deal with or get passed it. 😔
