Abortion healing time

Hi everyone, I’m curious as to how long it took you to get over your abortion and feel like yourself again? Mine happened in March and I feel very un responsible. I also feel ashamed as I definitely grieved the loss, became mentally unstable and confided in people ruining my reputation. Thanks for any comments
