OTC Fertility Supplements For Men & Women

How did I not know this was a thing?!

Apparently my highly rated prenatal vitamins are great for once I'm pregnant but there are better ones for TTC. How am I just learning about the OTC varieties?

My hubby and I are 5 months TTC going on 6 and would love to have recommendations for men and women's herbal supplements to increase fertility. I read a suggestion to increase fertility with UpSpring brand for women. The lady suggesting it had a BFP in 3 weeks! I am researching and would love to learn more from the ladies of Glow! Mega Baby Dust to you ladies!!
