I would pronounce them the same, but I would always go with conventional spelling for any name. I’m a teacher and I see kids with names spelled all kinds of ways. It can be very frustrating for the kid! If you give people any reason to mispronounce a name they will take it!

To me they look like they’re supposed to be pronounced differently. When I read your question I was actually doing that 🤷🏼‍♀️
