Have you checked your iron recently ? When my iron was low during pregnancy, I always craved ice!! After delivery, my iron levels went back to normal and my craving went away.

Pica involves actually eating things that aren't food and aren't age appropriate. People eat ice,  either as preference or anemia. Wanting to eat the smell of tires is not possible,  and you aren't eating rubber or tires.  So,  no,  not PICA
