So I think I have a cyst pretty close to my vag, and I looked it up, and it’ll also hurt when your having sex and me and my bf haven’t really been able to have sex the past few days cuz it hurt me what should I do?

That's not an emergency so no, you don't need to be going to the emergency room for it. Emergency room is for emergencies. Every non emergency patient that goes in there takes away from care an actual emergency patient needs.
Go to a GP, or urgent care, or a county run health clinic.. but you don't have an emergency so you shouldn't be using up emergency resources especially if you can't even pay for them.
