Scared

Im 5 days late and for literally a year i have been on the verge of a nervous breakdown so its gotten so bad i don't really remember from hour to hour so none of my friends trust my judgment and i dont blame them im fed up with myself and cant go and get what helps bc i used to drink. I need to know what other than pregnancy can cause a period to be 5 days late? Im usually like clockwork but at the same time dont want to get my hopes up in fear im not or they will take this baby like they did my son a year ago HELP!!!!!!!
