Both my babies have eczema. My toddler has it worse then my 6.5 month old though, so they only bathe as needed but they get wash cloth wiped most days. And definitely lotioned 3-4 times a day with Eucerin Eczema and Cetaphil Eczema or Cetaphil baby lotions

Daily, but we only wash his hair like 3 times a week, and the purpose of the bath is primarily for his routine before bed. Some days we just wipe down with a wash cloth.

I try to bathe her once a week. With a baby and a toddler I tend to bathe them less than when I only had one. I definitely never wanted to get my kids in a routine of having to have a bath before bed so that if we had to put them down somewhere random like at a grandparent’s house before we went home, the routine wouldn’t be totally messed up

Twice a week. She gets eczema if bathed anymore than that, but she also gets milk in her neck and stinky in her chubby folds so every 3 days works well for us.
