Best postpartum workout and meal plan?

I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy. Luckily since giving birth 3 weeks ago, I’ve lost about 37lbs just by doing nothing but of course that has slowed down.

Once I’m given the go to exercise again, I would like a good plan to help.

My son’s baptism is in 9 weeks and I would really like to be in good shape by then. So I’m wondering what’s a good PP workout/meal plan that will help me lose as much as possible in 9 weeks (safely of course...I’m breastfeeding so I’m not interested in plans that require pills/supplements/anything unhealthy).

Also, please don’t see my question as being vain. I simply want to feel and look my best at my son’s baptism because it’s a very special time in our lives.
