How are you telling work?

I’ve already told my boss I’m pregnant and I’m wondering how Im going to tell all my coworkers? I’d like to do it gracefully and I’d rather not wait till I’m visibly showing.. but I also don’t want to make a big deal out of it and make an announcement. How did you/are you planning on doing this?

I’m friends with several on social media, so I’m just posting my announcement there. Whoever sees it, sees it. Whoever doesn’t will find out eventually lol.

I told my boss and a couple close employees, then I let them do the rest. Everyone knows now and without me having to make a huge announcement or continue to tell each person.
It took some pressure off of me haha

I told my boss right away as I work with children with special needs and they can become aggressive. It’s a new job by the way and I started in October. I’m telling people gradually and the ones that don’t know will find out soon enough when I pop :).... I don’t really feel obligated to reveal anything to anyone... lol nor do I like the attention

I straight up dressed as the pasta sauce “Prego” for Halloween. That way I didn’t have to tell anyone, my shirt did 😂

I told my boss when I first found out, then I told one girl at work a few weeks later and she has a big mouth so now everyone knows without me saying anything to them 🙄

You sound exactly like me! Lol my boss knows already. I was going to just send an email to my team with a pic of the ultrasound or bring in doughnuts but honestly I am announcing on social media this weekend and I am friends with most of my teammates on Facebook so I think I might just let them see it on there and then word will spread quickly on Monday lol
