Shampoo for dry scalp on toddler

I am looking for some recommendations for my 18 month old. Lately I’ve been noticing a dry spot on his scalp. We typically just use Johnson and Johnson (and no I do not want to hear comments about how I shouldn’t be using it because blah blah blah. That’s not my question or concern.) and since I’ve noticed it I try to use a little head and shoulders on that spot to try and clear it up but I don’t want to use too much because he doesn’t quite cooperate when I need to wash the soap out of his hair and I don’t want it burning his eyes. Is there a baby/toddler friendly shampoo any of you have used that seems to help with this?
