Bleeding after sex

So I’m 7w1d and my bf and I had sex this morning. When I went to the bathroom after, there was what looked to be a little glob of bright red, bloody mucus, mixed in with the semen that just dripped out (sorry for the tmi visual) but when I wiped, there was no trace of blood at all. I’ve had a miscarriage before, and dark brown bleeding started around this same time last pregnancy so I’m paranoid to say the least. I took it a step farther and inserted a tampon for a sec to see if that was the source of blood / if there was any blood still up there, and it came out completely free of any trace of blood. So my question is, what can that possibly be? Was that from me? Could it be a bloody part of the mucus plug that happened to come unlodged during sex? Could it be the start of another miscarriage? Or shit...could it have been from my boyfriend?! I’m confused and worried.
