Opk? What do you use?
So my cycle is whack, it last about 50 days from start to finish. I'm not ovulating when I should. I also have a blood problem so I have to stop trying until I see a preconception dr. But when I get the clear OB said to try opk and I'm not sure what kind to buy. What kind to you use? How often are they used?
