So stressed help me understand

Been getting positive test since sunday last week. 😍 ive been having a rough on Tuesday really stressed has i got bad depression. On what happen in my past being cheated on with a young girl and my friend. ' still with the fulla Anyways on thursday moring i woke up bleeding. No pain normal. Then been getting pain like period only worse. Got cloths i still have been to the hospital on not sure if im pregnant other then the test that was. The bleeding is heavy really heavy not sure whag to think. My mind is racing. 😭😢💔
