Am in the start of labor?

My stomach has been getting super hard also feel like my cervix are hurting and a sharp nerve is go to my butt hole lol sorry I know tmi! Has this happen to anyone else and went into labor? I was also checked today and I’m not dilated but I’m 50% effaced.
