35 weeks and stiff muscles!!

So I wasn’t able to do any exercise throughout my pregnancy other than light walking and these little thigh exercises on my ball, and the last couple of days I’ve noticed I can barely cross my legs I’m so stiff 😩 maybe it’s because of lack of exercise but maybe it’s just a coincidence, who knows. I also can barely move my fingers from stiffness, soreness and locking (it’s sooo bad in the morning and during the night, I can’t even grasp anything). I feel like such an old lady!! Anyone else experiencing something similar? Looks like I’m going to have to start stretching as much as is possible with this beach ball belly before labor!!
