Question for you prego ladies

I’m 12 dpo and negative tests.. this morning I started spotting and thought af decided to arrive early so I put a pad on. I just checked 4 hours later and nothing is on the pad and again only when I wiped I had very little spotting and less than this mornings spotting. How many of you spotted around 12dpo and ended up prego? How long did the spotting last and how much of it did you have? Thank you!
