First appointment tomorrow

I will be 7w4days and I am so freaking nervous! I was told to come in with a full bladder so I’m guessing that means abdominal ultrasound? So terrified of MMC or blighted Ovum. Everything has seemed normal thus far but I can’t stop bugging.
