Waiting until missed period to test

Okay. So. Need opinions lol. So usually my boobs get veiny right around ovulation and they were. But I also usually only get creamy/milky discharge right before period. I had both veins and the discharge straight outta ovulation to now and I am 10 dpo and 4 days to period. I’ve been having really bad pain in my lower back worse towards the left and I had some dull aches on the left side of my lower abdomen but now it’s both sides and today it’s dull and kinda pulling from the center of my lower abdomen and a little bit towards my belly button. Today I’ve also had right and left hip pain, nothing bad.. also like a dullness. My boobs have been super super sore and it’s usually tolerable, I can’t even lay on my stomach right now. My areolas have always had visible glands but they are super prominent now and sometimes come off a little red and my whole Areola itself looked red. My actual nipple nipple had like a dark outer right and then the center looks kinda white and has super prominent little individual bumps. Could all of this be a good sign?? I’m not having my usual period cramps or anything. Just a dullness.
