I guess so? I’m no doctor but before your period your hips expand and everything gets a bit bloated and your uterus gets bigger, and that might put pressure on your bladder and make you want to pee more. 
I don’t get this problem personally, but every body is different. If you’re worried about it, call an information helpline like 111.

I’m pretty sure it is. I’ve heard it happen to a few of my friends but if ur very worried maybe go see a doctor.
