I'm 22weeks &4 days pregnant and I'm feeling bloated and constipated what is safe to take?

Colace didn’t really do much for me. Miralax helped. Eating more fruit helps a lot. I’ve been able to go everyday since someone told me to eat a kiwi a day (sounds crazy but it works and they’re delicious).

I take Colace daily, no matter what. Or I get off track. Two tabs in the morning and one at night.
