holiday bonus for babysitter
My son goes to an in home daycare all day M-F. I’d like to give the sitter a Christmas bonus, but not sure what is the appropriate amount. Is an extra week’s fee too much? I don’t want to give too little but I’m afraid too much could seem condescending.
I’m also planning on giving her some homemade cookies or brownies, and a card of course.
