Saying goodbye 😢

We said good bye To our first child a few short days ago. Maverick kept trying to feed Bear and play with him and he just didn’t understand why Bear wouldn’t eat or move. Maverick helped give bear water and gave him many pets and kisses on his last days. It broke my heart how he kept trying to feed Bear and play with bear and how upset he got when Bear didn’t react.

The morning after we lost Bear Maverick found a treat on the living room floor and ran to me grabbed my hand and dragged me to the back door saying dog over and over. I opened the door to show him Bear wasn’t there and pulled out my phone with a picture of Bear on it and told him dog went bye. Maverick grabbed my phone said bye bye dog waved at the picture and kissed it.

My heart is broken I always pictured maverick and bear being best buddies forever but im blessed they got the time they had💔 this has been the most painful loss I have ever experienced and I’m having a hard time holding it together. I’m staying at my grandmas with my boys tonight because it hurts to badly to be home. Bear was loved so deeply by my little boy and he was my husband and my first child. I have a massive hole in my heart without him.
