Worrying ultrasound 😩

Alright so my LMP was October 9th, but I stopped my birth control a few days after my period and got withdraw bleeding around October 17th.

Dating ultrasound was yesterday...

Based off of LMP I should have been 8 weeks +2 days,

Based off of withdraw bleed from BC I should’ve been 7 weeks+ 1 day.

Based off of my ultrasound I was measuring 6 weeks +3 days.

Baby has a strong heartbeat at 128bpm.

I’m up at 4am googling away (awful I know) but I’m getting reviews all over the place.

Any advice or similar situations?

Side note: the person conducting the scan kept saying “baby is so tiny” but the more I look at it the more I disagree. I can see head and arm buds forming so baby isn’t just a dot on the ultrasound to me .
