Yeast infection, pregnant and idk

Ok this is kinda everything bundled into 1...

Let’s start with I have the nexplanon implant.

October 19th I had sex, the next day I started my period. I had sex several times for several days. November 17th I began being sick. I let this go on for about a week and a half and then was absolutely miserable. Went to the doctor twice within 3 days. I was prescribed 3 medications and got a steroid shot.

Again, I am still having sex and my period begins on November 18th-21st.

This is when the shit show begins.

As of last Wednesday November 28th I began these symptoms. Exhaustion, fatigue, out of breath, headaches, mild cramping in my stomach (not period cramps), my sense of smell has heightened. For example, last Thursday we went out for dinner and I was STARVING when we got there I couldn’t order a thing! All I could smell was ranch and I hate ranch. Anyways, this last couple days I’ve noticed I’ve had to pee more often and I’ve thrown up twice but continue to feel nauseous.

While all that’s going on I have a HORRIBLE yeast infection, from what I assume the antibiotics i was prescribed. So of course I’m itching and rubbed myself raw. Well that lead into my tearing! I mean this tear is so painful! This has already happened before months ago. My clit is SO swollen and I literally cry in pain from walking, wanting to itch but can’t, or just the pain of

It all. I have taken a pill for the infection and have been putting cream on myself and doing what I should be doing. However, I also know it can be caused by pregnancy.

My period is due on December 17th. I took a test just to make sure and it came out negative but it could be early.

My question is, by everything I’ve told do you think all of these symptoms are due to the yeast infection and weakened immune system. Or do you think I am pregnant and should go get this implant removed now. It’s too early to test and I’m in so much pain on top of all these other symptoms. HELP!
