Ever made a mistake of giving toddler expired milk?

So I didn’t check the milk carton and it was expired by 2 days, and gave it to my daughter for bed time. Hubby took over bed time last night and noticed the milk was expired (he wanted to chop my head off for not noticing). She didn’t have any types of reaction to it so I know she’s fine. I went and bought new milk for him last night.

Just wondering if I’m the only one who’s ever done this? Cause I feel like shit, thanks to being told “I never met anyone who doesn’t check the milk”
