Leaving babies in the nicu 😩

How do you do it? We just left our girlies. I wanted to stay but with three other kids at home it’s just not possible. We will come back as often as humanly possible but I’m still not sure what that looks like. Any tips? We are hoping to have our babies home next week if all continues down the good path. But this next week is going to be hard. Any tips tricks or support from mamas who have done this before?! Picture of my sweet babies just for fun.
