Acne on chest? (Kinda TMI sorry)

So I'm not gonna put a pic or anything, but I have either acne or blackheads on my chest in between and under my (tiny and horrible excuse of ) breasts and a bit on my back. Yes, I shower everyday, and I wash my hair 3 times a week (so I dont strip it of all the oil ((might sound gross but yeah)) and I always wear clean clothes) I'm fourteen, so I don't know if this is part of puberty, but I've had the blackheads since I grew (prolly TMI but ok) pubic hair and my breasts started to develop. Sorry, I'm shy about this sort of thing. Thank you!

Yes! I get acnes at the same places you mentioned but I think its something hormonal since the body is differs from others❤

Just a part of puberty Hun. Just get a nice face/body wash for acne and use that when you shower. Watch your sugar, that can help too!

I have acne on my chest too, but what helps a lot is use your fingers to wash your chest, just wash it in the shower the way you would with your face. My thingy (I cant think of the name rn lmao) I use in the shower to wash my body is too rough on my chest and back, which irritates the skin, which causes me to break out. That could be the problem for you, you never know🤷🏼‍♀️

As a woman who is apart of the giant breast gang, and living in Australia, ya! I get acne on my chest, under my breasts and on my breasts. HOWEVER, before y’all go on a popping frenzy, please ensure they’re actual pimples and not sebaceous filaments as popping them can cause skin problems/scarring

I have this on my chest arms and back too.  I use E45 anti itch cream and it works so good

I use netrogena grapefruit acne body wash and was my chest and back every night and always put on clean pajamas every night. And also I moisturize my chest and back with just my face moisturizer. Don't use perfumey lotion. And it cleared up in about a few weeks. And now I dont have body acne anymore. But I still keep up on it
