Cbd or Cannabis for epilepsy? Does anybody use it for that??

I’m curious about maybe having the possibility to use cbd or cannabis for my epilepsy but I just don’t know anything about it. Whenever I try to research it i find a bunch of strange stuff on it mainly full of ads so I haven’t got far with researching. What I really wanna know is what form do you use it and how often do you take it. Is it as needed or what...
I’m a college student and had serval break through seizures and medication slowed them down but didn’t stop them, they eventually went away after a couple of weeks (I did also improve sleep and stuff). But I hate one of the ones I’m on (the other one is for bipolar. just happens to treat epilepsy but I want off of it) they make me so freaking stupid!!! My grades have dropped, and while I’m still passing they aren’t the grades they should be. I can’t be on others for certain reasons and etc and people keep suggesting cbd...so I’m asking about it.

I’d talk to your doctor about your concerns and he can most likely answer a lot of your questions about it. You’re definitely going to need to be prescribed it though, as the stuff you can get on the street can be laced with who knows what and doctors will curate it specially for you and what they are trying to treat. It works for some, but not for all, just like any other medication.

I’ve been on 2 different antidepressant medications, and cbc and cannabis has worked so much better!

Just say yes to cbd oil! My kids take cbd kid gummies and kid oil. All around wellness. ✌ 
Make sure the company you get it from is certified and third party tested for great quality pure cbd. Look up a channel called (foods that heal you) on youtube.

My younger brother has epilepsy and he has had wrecks due to him having seizures. Well three years ago he started smoking and he’s been seizure free. He’s never changed his meds or anything same ones as when he was having his seizures. We live in an illegal state so he’s not getting it from a store or anything either.

I don’t use it for mine, but I know it can be done. If you want to use it, talk to your neurologist. They can give you the right steps and dosage.

I’m not sure about laws and everything. But I had a friend/coworker that had epilepsy.. one time while we were working she sat up on top of a file cabinet while I got ready to close the store and she started having a seizure and fell head first on the concrete floor... it was scary! Shortly after that she started smoking weed to see if it would help her and last time I talked to her she said she had been seizure free since then... 
I personally would be paranoid about it being illegal but I’ve heard of people getting a medical card (or something) so they don’t have to worry about legal consequences.
