Today at school we had to stand in the hall and present our stuff to 200 people walking in the halls. (Note our school halls are not wide) But we only had to present, if someone asked about it. No one asked about mine except for 2 of my old teachers from last year, one I’m really close with asked me “are you ok?”

(I’m having a panic attack and trying not to cry at this very moment)

I’m just like “yep....I’m fine” trying not to cry.

She then ask me “Are you sure?”

I then just lost it and was like

“No I’m not..” *While crying*

But she was really nice and brought me to the teacher lounge to just chill out and get away from everyone.

But then in another class period we had to be the people to ask others about their project, luckily I knew someone and just asked if I could walk with them.

I did have a panic attack anyways! So that’s always great. 👍
