What is this???? ☹️

Baby has had this the last 3 days. Started on the side of of his temples, with little red bumps which I chalked up to heat rash. Now it’s on his face and the bumps are a little raised. Is this a rash, acne or eczema? Any fast remedies?

His skin was so perfect 3 days ago!

Baby acne it’s totally normal. Putting your breastmilk on his face will help.

Mine had the same thing, cleared up after about a month, he still gets spots from time to time. Best remedy is boobie milk lathered on him. 👌

Baby acne. It’ll last for a few weeks (at least my daughter’s acne did) he’ll be absolutely fine though. Breast milk will definitely help with the peeling skin but be sure to not pop or squeeze any pimple. Just leave them alone. It looks bad but I promise you, it’s totally normal.

Looks like infant acne. When my son was really little, Maybe 2 months, I bought a Baby Dove soap bar and washed his face with it once or twice a day. If it spreads to the rest of his body, Aveeno Baby lotion may also help

Baby acne!!!! My baby had it soo bad but it eventually went away on its own. Baby alveno lotion helped a lot!

My daughter had this when she was around 2-3 months. i used baby aquaphor and it cleared right up!
