Threats = Petty

Bottom Line: I have a former best friend and a cousin threatening to fight me immediately after I give birth to my 1st child In February.

I’m not worried about fighting them because I’m not stupid enough to put my hands on either of them. They’re both mothers, so children are involved here. Now, I don’t want to involve police if I don’t have to for the well-being of their children, however my daughter is going to need me and I know I won’t feel 100% immediately after I give birth which is when they have both threatened to fight me- because they want to take cheap-shots since they’re all “big & bad.”

So on my birth-plan which I intend to turn over to the hospital, I have specifically named that these individuals are NOT permitted past the welcome point or into my room.

The funny part is that they want to fight me over extremely menial or irrelevant things.

- My cousin wants to fight me because she involved herself in a prior issue between my brother and I- an issue that she was NEVER part of in the first place, and when she tried to talk to me about it she also tried to tell me how my boyfriend/child’s father should conduct himself and whatever else (even though it was NEVER asked.) so when I told her thanks but no thanks for her unwanted input she claimed I was being disrespectful, and tried to bring up other personal issues she had zero business in. Well she crossed a line about my mother, so I called out how her mother (my aunt) was no prize either. So she’s been waiting for a fight she instigated.

- My former best friend thinks I tried to intentionally screw her over, has yet to try and hear out my side of things (mind you I’ve gone more “above and beyond” than her longtime friends ever have for her.) She’s been running her mouth about fighting me and “beating my ass” all because we moved out early which was due to me having medical issues and having to quit my job and not be able to work, therefore not being able to afford future rent (a family member offered to let us live with them rent free so my so could save money while I’m not working so we were given an opportunity to move). She claims we intentionally moved out and that it was premeditated, but I had two day-long hospital trips at the end of the month which just so happened to be the last straw with my jobs attendance policy. For me it was either go in on Monday and be fired or email them a formal resignation, so I chose what would look best on future job applications. - Just to clarify, I was NEVER on a lease. When I moved in, we agreed my stay was only going to be 3 months. With the job issue it got cut at a month and a half. She was made aware of my moving out BEFORE I moved out, yet still tried to charge me for rent of the next month even though we weren’t going to be living there. I left her $240 for Utilities and other bills (Bills that are charged AFTER use. If you’ve ever rented, you know you pay on the 1st of the month to live there for the next month.)

So yeah, they’re both willing to go to jail over stupid reasons. I’m making it clear on my birth plan because I don’t want to involve police, but if they’re stupid enough to try then they’re kids just won’t see their mom’s for a while because their mom’s wanted to be stupid and fight a woman who just gave birth. 🤷🏼‍♀️ what can I say except Polk County crazy, right?
