Is a diaper sprayer totally worth it?

I’m considering getting one but I’m unsure since I live in student housing if I could even have maintenance hook one up for me...since we can’t do “home improvements” by ourselves. 
If you personally don’t use a sprayer how do you rinse the poop off? Do you use a liner? If so does the liners make it easier to clean off the poop?

As a hack you can totally use a a spraying shower head with the jet setting or a strong dish sprayer. Just use like a mop bucket then dump the gross water into the toilet.

You can easily hook it up yourself and yes 1000% you need one😂 I would die without mine. You don't need it until you give baby solids at 6 months so you have lots of time

I have one but I never use it.  It sprays too hard and makes a mess.  Instead, I lay the diaper in the toilet and use a plastic butter knife to scrape the poop off.  Butter knife stays in the toilet brush holder, and I keep a diaper bucket in the toilet area so I dont drip water everywhere.

Ive never had the need for one, but maybe it depends on what kind of diaper you use? I use prefolds and just hold the end and swish them in the toilet.

I use a sprayer but not hooked to the toilet. I use the sprayer on our sink then clean the sink with soap.

I just started cloth diapering and I didn’t have a sprayer for the first week and washing the poop out in the sink was messy and gross! My fiancé just put in the sprayer last night and I’m just waiting on a poopy diaper to try it out 🤦🏻‍♀️

We've always just flopped the solid poop out in the toilet sans diaper sprayer, but the occasional smushed poo or big girl panties that have had an accident it's very helpful. You can set it up yourself.

I use a think cloth wipe as a liner. If there is poop I dump it into the toilet and flush and then swish the liner in clean water ring it and throw in the pail. So easy
