What age would you accept your teen being pregnant?

Accept, any age. Be okay with, none. We are a religious house and premarital sex isn’t allowed in our home. There is also no sleep overs with opposite sex friends or hanging out with opposite sex friends without a group of trusted friends. We know things happen, we aren’t stupid, but we do have rules in place and standards set that our children are aware of and understand why.

None, of their adult enough to have sex she’s adult enough to take birth control and  deal with the consequences. If I had gotten pregnant as a teen my mom would have kicked me out. Quit trying to grow up so quick and be mature enough to take care of yourself and get your education.

I’m try my best to well educated my child about “teen pregnancy” & keep them from making poor choices young! I don’t want my children missing out on there teens years more important having a child!

I wouldn’t allow my child to be a teen dad, however I would “accept” it if it ever happened. I’m not gonna just disown him over it. He’ll learn real quick how fast he’ll have to grow up & that’s something I will be there for, but he will learn to be mature & handle what he needs to. Just like anyone else.

I’d still love my child, but if they’re adult enough to have sex then they’re adult enough to handle the consequences. Growing up I was told that if I ever got pregnant then it would be my child and my parents would not be raising the baby for me. I’d have to deal with child care, the late night feedings, baby clothes and diapers, etc. My parents would allow me to live at home and finish school, but I’d have to care for my child. They’d babysit on the odd night and be regular grandparents the way they always planned. 
It will be the same for my kids. I completely agree with my parents- they raised their four children and funded our education, child care, clothing, food, etc. Why should they have to pay for a child they never agreed to bring into this world? It’d have been my responsibility because I’m the one who chose to have sex. My kids will have to accept the same responsibility should they have a child as teenagers. 
I don’t want my kids to have kids when they’re still kids themselves. I want them to be kids while they can be and then have all the experiences of university, partying (hopefully safely), relationships, etc when they get older. Kids are wonderful, but when you’re young and still want to have more irresponsible fun yourself kids aren’t easy to have. I want them to have children when they’re in a stable relationship and ready. But, I’d love them no matter what. I might not like the situation and I’d probably be angry, but I’d still love them and I’d love my grandchild.

I got pregnant when I was 17. it was my freshman year of college, I found out finals week. I had to grow up so fast though! dropped out of college, working one full time job and a part time job. got married at 18. I didnt get to have my young, fun, be a young adult years. I had to become a mommy, I had to go right to being an adult. I love my husband and my son, currently pregnant with our second. but I dont wish this life for my children! I would love for them to go out and experience the world, travel, party, meet new people, not have a care in the world. I would love my children and be as supportive as possible no matter what age they were to bring a child into this world. but I feel like its my responsibility as a parent to make sure they are well educated on safe sex and birth control and make sure that it doesnt happen!
