2 months postpartum stomach pains?

Has any other mommy’s had stomach pain along with lower back pain at 2 months postpartum? Is it normal?

I’m 11 weeks and I still get this sometimes. It’s everything shifting back to where it was and your muscles trying to get back to normal. Our bodies just did something so amazing and changed completely to do it, it takes time to get back to normal.

I had this happen at about 7-8w postpartum. It was my stomach muscles trying to go back and being fatigued. They hurt so bad.

Hi, I'm almost 8 weeks PP and today Im having stomack pain and lower back pain, almost period like cramps I dont know how to describe it! I am EBF and havent had my period yet... Im thinking maybe that or a stomach bug? Have no idea I will be seeing my Dr If I continue to feel like this!
