Yes very normal especially when feeding both! We were nervous too and as nervous first time moms sometimes do we went to the doctor thinking it was diarrhea. We showed the picture and she reassured us he was fine!

Yup normal. Since it’s breastmilk & formula, the green tinge comes from excess iron. My son’s looked exactly the same
