It’s a permanent mental change for your baby! Could be coupled with a few days of growth spurt as well. It unfortunately can last for a long time. The only thing that helped us was sleep training.

Sleep regression is usually because baby is growing and demanding more food. You dont want to change that. They need the extra meals

My baby eats 34 oz of formula during the day and 3 “meals” of purée. She’s in the middle of the sleep regression too. She doesn’t wake up to eat she wakes up to play :/ it’ll end!
