How can i move out?

Im tired of how my mom is acting. She says she's done with her bf and we moving. He text her sorry then she goes and fucks him. Im sick of her boyfriend. He told me hed pay me for child care. I began staying at my moms since june. I havent got payed. I stay here everyday cleaning house,dealing with my 3 year old brother,while trying to do my school work. He comes home and throws everything in the floor. I spent 5 hours cleaning the living room and left. Came back and it was destroyed his shit was everywhere. He left me and my brother home alone. Went out to eat. We had no food. Then We went out to eat yesterday and asked him to pay he pouted the whole way home like a kid. My mom dont got a good job,has 3 kids,and pays car payment, cable,internet,insurance ect. He has no kids. Doesnt help with us. Makes 4000 month. He pays light water and insurance. He hasnt payed lot rent in 3 months and our lights and water have went past due and got cut off yet he has no money. We have a 2 rooms. 5 people live here and im pregnant. Im not about to sit here if i dont have. I can live with my boyfriend his mom wants me there. Its only him and her and they have a 3 bedroom. The problem is my mom dont want me to move and my state dont care im pregnant i cant get married till im 19 without her permission and cant get emancipated until 18 so im not what to do. They are the ones keeping me from a job so i also cant offord my school books at the moment. Is there any way out? Are there any programs yalls states have that i can look into while i get on my feet? Does anyone have advice?
