Blood Pressure.....should I be concerned?

I haven't been feeling well a couple days, specifically fatigue and swelling in my hands. 
I have a BP machine at home and finally checked. First was 142/60, second was 138/64. 
I know nothing about blood pressure other than my whole life I have been low normal. I am always like 100-110, maybe over 60.
Should I be concerned?

The bottom number is still low so probably not a huge deal, but worth calling your doctor if you’re concerned so they can note it and determine if they’d like you to come in or just continue monitoring it

I’d call your doctor. Blood pressure can increase in the third trimester but if you’re usually a lot lower, it’s worth calling. They’ll want to rule out preeclampsia, especially since you also have some swelling.
